Prior Inspection of our kennels and cattery is encouraged for your peace of mind and we are, of course, licensed and fully insured.
The Kennels are open between 8am and 6pm every day.
Incoming pets must be checked in between 1.00 - 6.00pm
Outgoing pets need to be booked out between 8.00am - 1.00pm.
Any variance to this must be notified in advance. It is likely that the kennel will be occupied again the same evening, so has to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared in time for the next occupant, as it was for yours.
Arrangements may be made for early and late movements given notice and associated fees.
KENNELS
Individual kennels, each with sleeping area and run, fitted with heating and music.
Fans have been installed to ensure that the kennels are kept nice and cool on really hot and midgy days. This creates a secure environment for all breeds, ages and sizes of dogs, including family groups.
All dogs are exercised twice daily along woodland paths.
We feed a high quality complete food. Customers may bring their dog's own food and bed provided the bedding does not have any kind of stuffing in it (feathers, polystyrene beads etc).
All dogs must have current vaccinations and up to date kennel cough inoculations. Certificates will be required on arrival. We go out of our way to ensure your dog's stay with us is special - please let us know what we can do to help.
Any current medical conditions must be discussed in full when you leave your dog. We are highly experienced in administering medication.
LUXURY CATTERY
Our top-of-the-range cattery offers the comfort and security for your feline companions. Each spacious chalet features a heated bed in a private area, enclosed for warmth and privacy, with a pop hole leading to a generous, secure run. Cats can explore multiple levels of shelving, perfect for climbing and lounging, while scratching posts, a variety of toys, and even peacock feathers provide plenty of enrichment. To create a calm and soothing atmosphere, we play background music, ensuring a stress-free stay for your pet.
We provide high-quality nutrition, including Felix meat sachets and premium dry food, to keep your cat happy and healthy during their stay. They can bring their own if preferred. All guests must be up to date with their vaccinations to ensure a safe environment for everyone. And of course, cuddles are always free—lovingly given whenever your cat desires!
