Conditions of acceptance:
Drop off (check in) times are from 1pm - 6pm and collection (check out) times are from 8am - 1pm.
Our boarding fees are:
Dogs- £20+VAT (£24) per dog, per night
Cats- £14.40+VAT (£18) per cat, per night
If you wish to drop off earlier or collect later then a 50% surcharge of the nightly rate is added to make sure there is a space booked and available for your pet!
(Dog would be £12 extra, Cat would be £9 extra)
All dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated, including current kennel cough, unless under veterinary direction that must be discussed and confirmed prior to booking.
CANCELLATION FEES:
If cancelling 3 or less days before your booking we require half of the boarding charge.
If cancelled on the day of your booking, then full charge is required.
If you collect your animal earlier than booked we still require a full payment of the original booking.
Payment
Payment is either CASH or ONLINE BANKING, we will provide details at the time of booking.
Please be ready to pay on collection of your animal to avoid accidentally forgetting to pay when you return home.
